One of our favorite clients, an international top-tier law firm, is looking for a new Hybrid Litigation Secretary for its Century City or Downtown LA office. This position works two days at home and three in the office and pays up to $115k, depending on skills and level of experience. This firm has amazing benefits and an excellent bonus structure. Secretary should have 5 stable years of experience supporting litigation and/or transactional attorneys at a mid to large sized law firm and will hit the ground running drafting letters, spreadsheets, presentations, and shells/templates, including complex formatting and preparation of documents for filing in various courts through attorney service and e-filing portals as well as preparing tables of authorities, exhibits, declarations and proposed orders.
