Duties include: 1. Develop and maintain data models, reports and dashboards to track content engagement and user behavior using tools such as Tableau, Quicksight and PowerBI. 2. Build and schedule efficient data transformation pipelines in Alteryx workflows. 3. Query large datasets in cloud environments Snowflake, AWS Athena and Google BigQuery using SQL. 4. Develop and refine success metrics for new products and features by conducting experiments and refining strategies to enhance customer experience. 5. Identify scope for predictive analytics and build classification models to derive customer and engagement insights using python. 6. Adapt generative AI in stakeholder data solutions. 7. Identify and design process improvements in existing workflows. 8. Present data and dashboards to senior leaders on a regular basis. 9. Conduct investigations into suspected data discrepancies. 10.
